Merchant Credit Card Processing Services, LLC (“MCCPS”) is the owner and operator of this website (“Website”).  Our Company and the products and services offered represent tech-enabled payments solutions for a wide variety of industries.  We and our affiliate companies are committed to protecting any personally identifiable information collected while providing those services. We have adopted this Privacy Statement to explain what information may be collected on our Website, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties.  This Privacy Statement applies to all visitors to our Website and anyone else who accesses or uses our products and services. 2. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
MCCPS is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways differently than we have disclosed in this statement. MCCPS collects information from our users at several different points on our website. Examples of the types of personally identifiable information collected at these pages are:

• Email address
• Phone Number

Unless you have provided it, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information without your consent when you visit our Website. However, we collect non-personally identifiable information about you from the following sources (in addition to our website):

• Transfer of Assets.  As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or all (or substantially all) of our assets, the personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information we have about you will be transferred to and used by this acquiring entity. Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, all such information may be considered an asset of ours and as such may be sold or transferred to third parties.
• Legal Necessity.  Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, we reserve the right to disclose any personally identifiable or non-personally identifiable information about you if we are required to do so by law, with respect to copyright and other intellectual property infringement claims, or if we believe that such action is necessary to: (a) fulfill a government request; (b) conform with the requirements of the law or legal process; (c) protect or defend our legal rights or property, our Website, or other Members; or (d) in an emergency to protect the health and safety of our Website's Users or the general public.
• 5.   CALIFORNIA DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES

  8. CHILDREN UNDER 13
  We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our Website.  The features, programs, promotions and other aspects of our Website requiring the submission of personally identifiable information are not intended for children.  We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.  If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed personally identifiable information to us please contact us at [email protected].  A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 may review and request deletion of such child's personally identifiable information as well as prohibit the use thereof, and also we carry out the same Privacy Statement.
